- History will not be kind when the last 30 years are discussed. The amount of lazy thinking and hubris is astounding. And I'm not just talking about banks and mortgage companies. Look at all our institutions. I want to cry for the future.

- So let me see if I've got this right. The emergency bailout bill is so important that it has to be passed. The economy will crash. Recession will turn into depression. But they can't help themselves and have to stick all this crap in it. You know for 700 billion the govt.
